Rediplans will charge $150/hr plus GST for any changes or additional information that is requested to be added to your plans requested by the Builder, Building Certifier, Engineer, Town Planner, or any other professionals associated with your project. This fee is applicable to any changes associated with any Energy Efficiency and/or Liveable Housing updates.

To customise the plans, Rediplans charges a once-off "break the mold fee" of $660 and then an hourly rate of $150+GST for the changes requested by the purchaser.

Rediplans can provide a Fee Proposal for the costs associated with the requested changes once the client has purchased the plan with us. We will need a clear markup of what the client requires for this to be achieved
